If you watch Food Network, then you’ve probably heard of  Bobby Flay. If 6 restaurants and more shows than most actors have on TV at one time wasn’t enough, Mr. Flay will now be on a new reality television show on NBC.

NBC is launching a new food competition series called America’s Next Great Restaurant, which is planned to come out next season. The show will have contestants come up with restaurant ideas and compete against one other to make their restaurant chain dream come true.

“Flay, one of five restaurant leaders the producers Magical Elves intend to cast, will be an investor, judge and mentor on the show,” according to HollywoodReporter.com.

Mr. Flay along with the others will select the winner and invest their own money into the final restaurant chain.

The long time celebrity chef of the Food Network has hosted such shows as Throwdown, Grill It, FoodNation, Boy Meets Grill as well as being the resident chef on The Early Show and one of five Iron Chefs on Iron Chef America.
