Cooking Class: Pastries & Chocolate

In the last class we learned how to cook quick fish. The weeks before we learned about Indian cuisine with Around the World: India and Srilanka and how to make homemade pasta with Basic Dough: Roll the dough. This weeks class is all about Pastries & Chocolate!

Chef Riccardo Mora will be teaching us about Pastries & Chocolate at live.madeinkitchen.tv. You’ll be able to see the class live, where we’ll be able to learn techniques for working with pastries and chocolate in the kitchen. The live class is in Italian right now, but will soon be subtitled in English!

Next week’s class will be on Base vegetables: Flan, Flans and Pure Color
