Cooking Class: Quick Fish!

Today  is the third installment of the cooking class collaboration between MadeinKitchen and the Teatro7 cooking school where they will be teaching how to make quick fish!

Last week Chef Riccardo Mora showed us how to cook Indian cuisine with Around the World: India and Srilanka and the week prior how to make homemade pasta with Basic dough: Roll the dough. This week is about fish, where Chef Riccardo will be showing techniques for cooking fish and ways to make some great seafood dishes.

The live version at, which is at 21:00 Italian time, 3pm EST and 12pm PST, will be done in Italian. Soon there will be a English subtitled version  of each class available!

The upcoming classes are :

  • Wednesday, March 17 – Pastries & Ciocco
  • Tuesday, March 23 – Base vegetables: flan, flans and Pure Color
