Desserts, Main Courses, Recipes

During the warm morning and hot evenings, it’s nice to have a cool way to start or end the day. This yogurt with granola and fruit can do just that and in a healthy way!

    Serves 2
    Time required 5 minutes
    Difficulty level 1
    Cost of ingredients 3 USD

  • 2 cups (500ml) 0% plain yogurt
  • 1 cup (250ml) granola
  • 1 peach, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup (250) blueberries
  • 3 or 4 fresh mint leaves

Place granola in two bowls, half in each. Add 1 cup of yogurt to each bowl. Place slices of peaches and blueberries on top. Top with mint leaves.

If you’d like this to be a cool treat, freeze the berries and peach slices for 15 minutes before hand and the yogurt about 30 minutes. This creates ice crystals in the yogurt and the fruit becomes firmer and has a bite to them!

If you prefer, feel free to use your favorite fruits over the blueberries and peach.
