
Valentine’s Day desserts don’t have to be unhealthy. They can even be vegan, raw, and gluten free! This chocolate mousse is lightly sweet, tasty and is packed with vitamins, minerals, and it’s full of aphrodisiac power!

- 1 (136g) avocado, without skin or seed
- 1 cup mango
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/3 cup coconut milk, from a can
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 strawberry, sliced
Put avocado and mango into a food processor, or use a fork to mash the fruits together, and blend until smooth.
When smooth, open food processor and using a flexible plastic type spatula, push the mango and avocado mixture down around the sides. Add cocoa powder to mixture and blend, frequently stopping to push the mix down around the edges.
Add in coconut milk and blend.
Taste before adding in maple syrup as it may be sweet enough for you. If it’s not, add in the maple syrup and taste again.
Slice strawberry and add half the slices to top each serving.
