El Bulli now Closing Permanently

It was mentioned last week that El Bulli was going to close for 2 years, re-opening in 2014. Now we find that, considered by many to be, the world’s best restaurant is not closing for 2 years but permanently. Ferran Adria said last Friday that he decided to close El Bulli because the restaurant and Adria’s Barcelona workshop had been eating up half a million Euros a year.
