Compost Systems for the Urban Farmer

Almost a quarter of all the trash in America is food that has gone unused, be it from scraps or food that is no longer edible. It seems like a huge waste (pun intended) when it could be used for compost, a great fertilizer for growing more foods. However many people don’t have the luxury of being able to take advantage of that, and for those people there is a new hope on the horizon.
