Peanut Butter Sushi?

Peanut butter and sushi. These aren’t two types of food you see together in the same sentence. While peanut butter is pretty self explanatory (basically peanuts ground up into an incredibly yummy paste) and can be spread on all kinds of things. Sushi on the other hand is a Japanese sticky rice dish usually served with raw fish (though not always). The good people at Serious Eats have found a way to pair the two together!
