Peanut Butter Sushi?

Peanut butter and sushi. These aren’t two types of food you see together in the same sentence. While peanut butter is pretty self explanatory (basically peanuts ground up into an incredibly yummy paste) and can be spread on all kinds of things. Sushi on the other hand is a Japanese sticky rice dish usually served with raw fish (though not always). The good people at Serious Eats have found a way to pair the two together!

This weekend is Super Bowl weekend. Many people will be watching football (American football that is!) and enjoying fun food and time with friends and family cheering for their favorite team.
