Cinco De Mayo is coming up and what better way to help celebrate than with a tasty burrito! This chicken and black bean burrito is a healthy and delicious version of the traditional Mexican dish. The burrito was introduced to the world back during the Mexican Revolution by Juan Mendez, a man who used a donkey (burro) to transport food which was wrapped in tortillas to keep it warm!
