A recipe cooked by night so that I could save all that I could (all ingredients were about to expire), waiting for me in the fridge.

Directions

Cut the zucchini in round slices. Cut the onion (the way you preffer) and cook it in oil. Add the zucchini, leave them to cook for a few minutes. Add some green pepper. Add water and leave the zucchini to cook. After some 5 minutes add the bacon slices and finish up with some white wine. Mix it up with the zucchini, the egg, some mozzarella cubes, crumbled bread (as much as you like) and parmesan. Mix it all up and fill up with it the puff pastry that is waiting in the oven tin. Cover it up with some parmesan and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.

Ragazzi io l'ho provata...è buonissima!!! Consiglio solo di non aggiungere sale visto che al pancetta è già di suo molto saporita. Non so a voi come verrà...ma qst era proprio buona ;)
