Konafa with Cheese / Konafa au Fromage

Introduction

Konafa is a very fine shredded phyllo used to make sweet pastries and desserts. The filling is mainly composed of either crushed nuts mixed with powdered sugar and cinnamon, or of sweetened cream cheese. I found it very easy to form a cookie of Konafa,using a small cup of coffee. I filled them with cream cheese and mozzarella./ Konafa est un phyllo râpé excellent pour faire des pâtisseries sucrées et les desserts. La farce est principalement composée de noix écrasées mélangées avec le sucre en poudre et la cannelle, ou de fromage frais. J'ai trouvé facile de former un biscuit de Konafa en utilisant une petite tasse de café. Je les ai remplis d'un fromage frais et mozzarella. http://sousoukitchen.blogspot.com
