Tomato Soup

Introduction

This is a classic Belgian first course. Rich of vegtables and very healthy, you can find it also in different flavors, pies, mushrooms, onions.

Directions

Chop the vegetables in little pieces, fry them for 5 minutes with butter or oil, after 5 minutes add the potato and fry an other 5 minutes. Add 3 litre of bouillon; boil for 45 minutes. At last mix everything for 5 minutes.

  • 1 leek
  • 1 median onion
  • 1 potato
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 250 gr peeled tomatoes
  • 1 spoon vegetable broth, with 3 litre water.
  • some pepper, salt and olive oil, or instead some butter.

Tips

Serve with cheese or croutons of bread. You can also add some celery salt.

Bello veramente ma soprattutto deve essere una zuppa buonissima! Anche io mi associo alle lodi. Ma dimmi... anche la musica è bellissima. Mi devi consigliare dei cd assolutamente.

:-D troppo bello! La tecnica dell'aglio schiacciato la riconosco... ma forse è meno vigorosa dell'originale? E poi mi devi spiegare dove e come hai attaccato la videocamera, molto interessante... :-*
